Heather's Bread Pudding
Everyone loves a good bread pudding and this one will not disappoint. Who would have thought hamburger buns could make such an impression?

Ingredients

hamburger buns
3
sticks
butter
2 for the pudding, 1 for the sauce

milk

1 for the pudding, 1 for the sauce

eggs
slightly beaten

cinnamon

vanilla

can
condensed milk
1
egg yolk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9x13 Pyrex dish with non-stick spray.
Melt 2 of the sticks of butter over low heat. Add milk, sugar, 3 whole eggs, cinnamon and vanilla. Whisk well until melted.
While this is melting, tear the two packages of hamburger buns into bite size pieces.
Pour the mixture over the hamburger buns and bake for 35-40 minutes until eggs are set.
While this mixture is baking, separate an egg and reserve the egg yolk.
Melt the 3rd stick of butter, 1 cup of sugar and the condensed milk over low heat, stirring constantly with a whisk.
Add egg yolk and bring to a soft boil, which takes about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
Slowly pour over buns as soon as you take them out of the oven.
